A Daily Devotional About being where Christ is: John 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. (NIV) Have you ever been in a place where you did not belong? Have you ever been in a place where you felt like an alien in a foreign land? Have you ever grown tired of things being the way they are? Have you ever wanted the peace and love of God for all time? Just as Jesus told us, He has prepared a place for us in heaven. On our way to heaven, we will be escorted to Heaven by Jesus Himself. We will be with Jesus in the most perfect and personal way. In heaven, we will never suffer or mourn again. We will never fret or worry again. In heaven, we will have perfect work to do but we will never grow tired of working. In heaven, we will have joy unspeakable. In heaven, we will live in perfect love and harmony. In heaven, we will live out eternity in perfect health, with a perfect body, in a perfect place, and be where Christ is forever. Praise God! Praise God! Praise God! |
