But those who suffer he delivers in their suffering; he speaks to them in their affliction. † "He is wooing you from the jaws of distress to a spacious place free from restriction, to the comfort of your table laden with choice food. † But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently. † In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. † And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God's will. † He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun. † Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret when men succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes. † Refrain from anger and turn from wrath; do not fret--it leads only to evil. †
