About the wonderful gifts from God…
Matthew 7:11 If you, then, though you are
evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your
Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him! (NIV)
God has given you truly
incredible gifts. He has given you unique and special talents, traits,
experiences, wisdom, and abilities. Too often, we do not assess what God has
given us and we therefore do not fully use His gifts to us. Make a special
effort to come to know all God has given you. You cannot use what you do not
know you have. If God has given you a special gift but you are unaware of His
gift, then you will probably not use His gift. You are to use your life to
glorify God. If you gave someone a wonderful gift but the receiver never
bothered to open your package, would you not be a bit upset? In the same way,
God has given you many unwrapped gifts. Come to know the wonderful gifts God has
given you. Then use what you have been given for His glory and grace.
