One reason for our lack of energy is because, in our weakness, we burn ourselves out in worry, pre-occupation, self-absorption, and numerous selfish endeavors. If you are burning out because of your inability to work and live with others then you need to rest with God. Being a person living under the power of God 24/7 gives you energy and power to deal with others. Being close to God brings all things and all people into a perspective where we begin to see as God sees. As God looks at things, He sees us run ourselves ragged trying to do and be what God does not want us to do and be. Living your life under the power of God rather than living your life under your personal power is not some kind of ideal. Living your life under the power of God can be a reality for you today. |
