About being broken and being healed:

Luke 4:18 "The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, 19 to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor.." (NIV)

In our life, there are times when things break. Cars, furniture, appliances, and all the other stuff of life eventually breaks down and needs repair. Our body gets old, sometimes sick, and sometimes our body breaks down. Our relationships sometimes come apart and need mending. In these times, Christ knocks at the door of our heart and wants to come into our life. Christ wants to fix all we have within us needing fixing. Christ does not fix appliances and the material stuff of our life. However, Christ can fix all those things needing fixing in your relationships with others, with yourself, and with Him, if you are willing.
