A Christmas Daily Devotional

A show of love:

The Story Of Our Lord's Birth

From our birth to our death, Christ has been and will be with us all the time. Christ's birth was God's way of showing each person on earth (however unique we might be) how much God loves each of us in a personal way. Christmas is one of Christendom's most holy days. God's personal touch is letting us know He is with us all the time. Christ loves us in ways so personal we do not always understand the depth of His love. Christ is with us and even with those who want to ignore Him. We must all praise Him for He continues to forgive us..even forgiving us when we turn away from Him to live in the darkness of our sin-filled life. His presence with us gently calls us to kneel down next to Him in His manger. Next to His manger we can see and feel His innocence, see and feel His power, and absorb the blessings of His love. God gave Christ to us, and Christ gave Himself for us. Are we not called to give ourselves to others because we love Him?
