A Christmas Daily Devotional

About your being His child

Matthew 1:21 his people from their sins." (NIV)

Notice the use of the words "his people" in this verse. You are one of His people. You are one of His flock. You are one of His children. You are one of those He picked up and held upon His lap. You are one of those He healed. You are one of those He fed. You are one of those He wept over. You are one of those who nailed His wrists to the cross yet received His blessed forgiveness. Christ Jesus is He who has such awesome love for you. Christ Jesus is He who has such mighty love knowing no bounds. You are one of His very own. You are the one He loves.
