About the gift of Christ's calling upon our heart�

John 1:12 Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God� (NIV)

We can too easily think no one sees us, knows us, or cares about us. We can too easily live in the silence of our heart. When Christ came into the world, a great calling went out to the hearts of humanity. A few persons in humanity have listened and obeyed His calling upon their heart. Many persons have turned away. The gift of His calling upon our heart can make all things new. The gift of His calling upon our heart can transform us into more of His likeness. Listening to His voice opens up our heart to the majesty and wonder of His birth. He calls out to you this moment so you will turn away from a life of darkness and sin. He calls out to you this moment to accept His gift of salvation. He speaks to you so you will open your heart and be immersed in His love. Every hour of every day, not just on Christmas, He calls out your name. Every hour of every day, Christ speaks to your heart to be His true child.
