If you are willing to do nearly anything to seek love and approval, your focus in life is in the wrong direction. Instead of desperately seeking love and approval, your focus should be on giving and showing love and approval. On one hand, if you desperately seek love and approval because of your weaknesses, you will never find the love and approval you think you need. On the other hand, if you are strong in Christ, giving love and approval can generate love and approval coming back to you. By giving love and approval when you seek love and approval, you are giving God a chance to intervene and do what God does�pour out love. Christ empowers you in a multitude of ways. Christ empowers you so you can beam out His love to others instead of seeking love and approval from them. You never have to feel desperate for love when you come to Christ because He loves you before you ever love Him.
