About earning what you receive:

You cannot earn your way into heaven. However, in spiritual ways, you earn what you spiritually receive in life and earn what you spiritually receive from God. The spiritual house you build is your own. A spiritual house built out of love is a spiritual house where love resides. When you live in a spiritual house built out of love you live in love. A spiritual house built out of hate is a spiritual house where hate resides. When you live in a spiritual house built out of hate you live in hate. Whether you live in a spiritual house built of out of love or out of hate is a choice you make every second. Building a spiritual house is not easy. Building a spiritual house takes many hours of thankless labor, toil, and sweat. However, in the end, if your heart is right with God, your spiritual house will be a house of love and you will have earned love's reward. In the world, you may be cheated and never receive what you may deserve. However, God is always just and always fair. With God, you truly receive what you truly earn.
