About finding joy through love…

1 Peter 1:8 Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, 9 for you are receiving the goal of your faith, the salvation of your souls. (NIV

Not every day is filled with inexpressible and glorious joy. Some days are downright depressing. At least they are depressing until we start to think, pray, and meditate upon Christ and our future. In Christ, regardless of our present circumstances, when we believe in Him, then His Light and His Love transform our gloomy days into sunny ones. When we think enough about Him, when we meditate enough on Him, and when we pray enough to Him, we do feel an inexpressible and glorious joy. Even when we do not always understand the mechanics of what He does or how He works in our life, joy comes to us.
