About His presence� (Part 5 of 5)

Ephesians 3:16 I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, 17so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. (NIV)

He is with you now. He will be with you in the future. He has always been with you in the past. When you were broken, He came to you and comforted you in your pain. When you were hurting, He was beside you and asked you to heal the broken people around you rather than being caught up in your own hurt. He has walked and talked with you when your burdens were heavy�all the while asking you to carry the burdens of others rather than pile your burdens on to them. When  no one seemed to care about you, He was with you asking you to be caring toward others. When you were tempted to do wrong and you wanted to be unrighteous, He was with you, understanding your temptation, and calling upon you to always develop your character and do the right thing rather than ignoring your character and doing the wrong thing. When you wanted to waste away your resources in foolish living with others, He was with you and He asked you to preserve your pearls of life rather than casting them before swine. When you heard and read His truth He was with you and asked you to accept Him into your heart and life rather than just merely thinking about Him. He has always been with you. He has always loved you. He has always held you in the palm of His hand.
