About how God sees everything we give�

Acts 10:1 At Caesarea there was a man named Cornelius, a centurion in what was known as the Italian Regiment. 2 He and all his family were devout and God-fearing; he gave generously to those in need and prayed to God regularly. 3 One day at about three in the afternoon he had a vision. He distinctly saw an angel of God, who came to him and said, "Cornelius!" 4 Cornelius stared at him in fear. "What is it, Lord?" he asked. The angel answered, "Your prayers and gifts to the poor have come up as a memorial offering before God. (NIV)

God keeps a minute by minute record of all you do. We do not know how our record is stored, but to keep His minute by minute record, God looks into the heart of every person who gives. God records who we gave our gifts to and He records what was in our heart when we did the giving. There will come a point in your life when all you have given and all you have taken away will be shown to you. Perhaps we must all confront the question of whether we want to actually see what has been recorded about us by God. Do we want to see all we gave in our life? Do we want to see all we have taken away? Do we want to see the opportunities we had for giving we then passed over in our selfishness? We need not worry about these questions if we remember how much Christ gave for us, and we need not worry if we commit our life to giving to others as He has given to us.
