A Daily Devotional

Jesus is present when you want Him to be. When you turn away from the darkness and pain of your daily grind, Jesus is present if you want Him to be. In less than the time it takes to speak His name, Jesus will become a real and powerful force in your life. In His presence, Jesus wants you to absorb and immerse your soul in His love, care, kindness, and compassion. Jesus is present when the powers of darkness assail you and beat you down. Jesus is present when all hope appears lost. Jesus is present when you are afraid and alone. Jesus is present when we have lost heart. Jesus is present when you think you cannot take one more step. Jesus is present if you turn toward Him and seek His forgiveness as you call Him Lord.
