About living in Christ when you are happy:

James 5:13 Is any one of you in trouble? He should pray. Is anyone happy? Let him sing songs of praise. (NIV)

The greatest joy in our life has no meaning unless we have someone to share the joy with us. You were not created by God to live alone in your spirit. Jesus came into the world to let you know you are never alone. When the good times roll, live in Christ. Live in His shelter when you are happy. Live in His shelter when all the pieces of your life fall into place and you feel great joy. Share all your happiness with Jesus. When you share your happiness with Him, His blessings will flow out from Him to you and from you to others. When we are happy and full of joy we can be tempted to think little about God. When we are happy and full of joy over a personal victory we can be tempted to take credit for what we have accomplished. However, every moment of your life, both the good and bad moments, are not your moments but His moments. Every beat of your heart and every breath you take is a heartbeat and breath held in the palm of His loving hand. No joy is complete without Him. No joy is worthy when we exclude Him. As we move about each day, our little joys and little blessings should bring us to praise Jesus for all He is and all He does for us. The more we live in Him, the more our joy and happiness becomes His joy and happiness. The more we live in Him, the more His joy and happiness becomes our joy and happiness.
