About love and wrongs:

Proverbs 10:12 Hatred stirs up dissension, but love covers over all wrongs. (NIV)

How often have we seen this? How many relationships come apart because of hatred or the absence of love? When there is no love and hatred reigns, there is no peace. When there is no ability in a person to sacrifice then selfishness comes in and there is no acceptance of others�only the hatred of not getting what one wants remains. When there is no love, there is no covering over of the mistakes and faults of others. Many times, where there is no love, hatred has fertile soil in which to grow. Love and hatred, sacrifice and selfishness, do not mix. Love and hatred, sacrifice and selfishness, are like oil and water. There is either one, or the other. We cannot blend love and hatred together. We cannot co-mingle them. We must be one kind of person or the other. The result of the absence of love is dissension, coming apart, fighting, and conflict. The absence of love points out all the wrongs, faults, shortcomings, and mistakes. The absence of love means no forgiveness. The presence of love makes forgiveness automatic.
