A Daily Devotional

If you had a choice about walking with the wind at your back or walking against the wind, your decision would be foolish if you walked against the wind. How foolish we are when our decisions and life come to God! We are foolish because we can think God does not know about us or know about our sin. When we have an opportunity to receive the blessings of God by moving with Him, in His direction, too often we turn against Him to live in sin. When we know what we should do, we too often do not do so. When we know the difference between right and wrong, we too often do what is wrong. When we know God watches us day and night, we too often pretend God is not watching us. When we know the laws of God will work for us, we too often break His laws. Woe to us! Indeed, each of us needs to look in the mirror every day and ask ourselves if we are walking with God or against Him.
