We want our answers now. We want our blessings now. We want our pain to end now. We want our problems to be over now. We want Jesus to return now. However, the realities of life are we may not get what we want now. The realities of life are we have to be patient. All of us have the capability to be patient. All of us can be patient if we remember why we are called to be God's child and what God wants us to do and to be. We can be patient because we know deep within us every prayer we ever pray gets the attention and action of God. We can be patient because we know God will give us every blessing He deems appropriate. We can be patient because we know one way or another, our life will be beautifully changed in the twinkling of an eye. We will find eternal life with eternal blessings beyond our ability to describe. Sooner or later, we can be patient because we know in Jesus we find sweet assurance. In Jesus, we can be patient because we know we can find an end to our pain. In Jesus, we can be patient because we know we can find hope for tomorrow. In Jesus, we can be patient because we know we can find strength for today. In Jesus, we can be patient because we know we can find many reasons for living. We can be patient because we know we can find courage to face our fear. In Jesus, we can be patient because we know we can look up to the Lord because He loves us and we love Him.
