About the touch of God upon your health:

Mark 9:44 It is better for you to enter life crippled than to have two feet and be thrown into hell. (NIV)

You do not want to be sick, ill, or infirm. You want vitality, pep, energy, and a body truly feeling young. To maximize your physical health your spiritual health must also be maximized. A spiritual sickness will make the physical body sick. A spiritual sickness can destroy the physical body. The spiritual sickness of sin can emotionally and physically doom you. Sin can doom you into eternal hell in your next life. To restore your physical health, your best choice and your first prayer request to Christ must not be for a better physical body. You first prayer request for better health should be a better spiritual heart and mind with a repentant soul. For when you seek Christ's healing touch upon your heart, mind, and repentant soul, your priorities in life change. Even when your body aches and hurts, place your heart, mind, and repentant soul in the hand of God. In the hand of God, you can see forever as your present physical body is blessed by the touch of the Great Physician.
