A Daily Devotional

The Lord is not far from you in this hour. With God, you can see truth revealed in His love. When the worries of life overwhelm you, He will inspire you to absorb His majesty. When you are troubled and burdened down, turn your eyes upon Him, toward His majestic creations, and toward His suffering for you. In Christ's suffering, your suffering disappears. In Christ's anguish upon the Cross, your anguish can be no more. As you kneel at the foot of Christ's Cross, none of your burdens have merit, for they are lifted from you. In our precious Lord, you can have total trust. In our precious Lord, in all things, He can do great works through you. Seek to be humbled by our Lord. Seek to be humbled so He may shape you and mold you to His blessed will. Seek His humility so you will be all He wants you to be.
