About using God's laws:

Proverbs 1:19 Such [death] is the end of all who go after ill-gotten gain; it takes away the lives of those who get it.

There are immutable laws of God, immutable laws of life, and immutable laws of reality we cannot abridge. We suffer severe consequences when we try to take shortcuts and do workarounds to get money or material things not of God's will for us. Going against the laws of God, the death-like grip of sin takes away the life of the person who sins or plans to sin. Even when we are alive in the body, when we go against the laws of God, we soon become dead in heart and dead in soul even when we are still alive in the body. We must realize obeying God's laws leads to a fuller and richer life. When we obey God's laws and give away His love, we receive love in return. When we obey God's laws and give away forgiveness and mercy, we receive love and mercy in return. This week, glorify God by doing His will and by obeying His laws. God's laws are not a prison. However, those people who do not obey God's laws often go to prison. Find God's freedom, joy, peace, harmony, and power by sailing the rough seas of life by using His laws as tools to succeed.
