A Daily Devotional Written By God

About the Lord's cleansing:

I will cleanse them from all the sin they have committed against me and will forgive all their sins of rebellion against me. I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. The blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer sprinkled on those who are ceremonially unclean sanctify them so that they are outwardly clean. How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the living God! Yet he saved them for his name's sake, to make his mighty power known. Not to us, O Lord, not to us but to your name be the glory, because of your love and faithfulness. It is we who extol the Lord, both now and forevermore. Praise the Lord.
