About the treasure of the righteous:

Praise the Lord, for the Lord is good; sing praise to his name, for that is pleasant.  For the Lord has chosen Jacob to be his own, Israel to be his treasured possession.  I know that the Lord is great, that our Lord is greater than all gods.  My son, if you accept my words and store up my commands within you,  turning your ear to wisdom and applying your heart to understanding,  and if you call out for insight and cry aloud for understanding,  and if you look for it as for silver and search for it as for hidden treasure,  then you will understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God.  A wise son brings joy to his father, but a foolish son grief to his mother.  Ill-gotten treasures are of no value, but righteousness delivers from death.  The Lord does not let the righteous go hungry but he thwarts the craving of the wicked.  A fool spurns his father's discipline, but whoever heeds correction shows prudence.  The house of the righteous contains great treasure, but the income of the wicked brings them trouble.  The lips of the wise spread knowledge; not so the hearts of fools.  By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established;  through knowledge its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures.  A wise man has great power, and a man of knowledge increases strength;
