When there is no one to talk to� (Part 3 of 5)

I was thinking of a world famous singer. So famous was this person, even now, we do not have to give the singer's last name in making a reference to him. He died by himself. With all his talent, fame, wealth, adulation, and power, he died alone on the floor of his bathroom. What a tragedy! He reportedly overdosed on drugs because he couldn't take the pain of loneliness any more. This world famous singer couldn't deal with the fact he was alone in the world, adored by millions, but with no one to talk to who knew His soul. What all of us need to understand is this�God is with us when we think no one is around. The basic human problem of all human beings on earth is we lead a life separate from each other. We lead a life of quiet desperation because we do not have anyone to share with or with whom we can talk. If we go back into the life of mass murderers, despots, terrorists, tyrants, murderous humans of history and interject a loving person in place of their loneliness, we could change the world for the better. In Christ, interject His love into the heart of others so they will not suffer from loneliness.
