When you have no energy:

Colossians 1:29 To this end I labor, struggling with all his energy, which so powerfully works in me. (NIV)

There are times when we run out of energy. The human body and human mind need fuel. We need to be recharged because our energy gets depleted. Where we go to get our energy is a choice with profound implications for our success and vitality. When we lack energy and we are down, we are easy targets for Satan's attacks. When we lack energy then we are sometimes not able to resist temptation as we should. When we need energy we must pray and meditate. When our heart, mind, and soul needs more fuel, our ability to pray and meditate brings us the power of God. The power of God is vital in giving us a charge of positive creative power. When we need fuel for our body, we eat. When we need fuel for our heart, mind, and soul, we must eat of the Lord's manna through prayer, study, and meditation. In our spiritual reality, when we need to be refueled, Christ refuels us. When our energies are depleted, Christ brings us sustenance, support, and fuel to keep us going.
