About worry and health:

Luke 12:22 Then Jesus said to his disciples: "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. (NIV)

Worry kills. Worry shortens life. Worry makes us sick. Ever hear people say they are "worried sick?" We can be "worried sick" because worry can make us sick. Peace, calm, and tranquility are better than worry. In Heaven there is only peace, calm, and tranquility. Jesus wants you not to worry so you will have peace, calm, and tranquility here on earth, in this life, and in this time. Christ wants you to live out your life, rather than be sick from worry. Christ wants you to live out your life full of good health and happiness. When you count our blessings, you begin to see you have more going for you than you might think. When you count your blessings at the first worrisome thought, you begin to survey what you have and you begin to see there is not much to worry about after all.

When you worry, remember God's will is for you to abound in His love. In His love there is no worry.

When you worry, remember most worries are caused by believing the lies of satanic evil whirling about in your mind and heart. When you worry, renounce the lies of Satan.

When you worry, remember worry is foolishness.

When you worry, remember you have a choice about what you should treasure in life. When you worry, treasure Christ and all the blessings He has given you in the past and treasure up all the blessings He will surely give you in the future.

When you worry, remember Christ is bigger than any worry.
