Topic: Being Mindful About How Your Mind Works Your mind can have a life of its own. When you become aware of what your mind does and how your mind works, you become "mindful" of your mind's methods and processes. When you find the ability to concentrate hard to do, step back and look at what triggers your thoughts. Review how your thoughts go from one place to another.
