A Christmas Wisdom Minute..
|
Topic: Christmas Glory For Every Day We all need a vision for tomorrow. The hope that is the fuel of our life is grounded in our being able to look ahead to tomorrow and look ahead to all the tomorrows that follow. Christ came to give us an unlimited view of our unlimited future. The glory of Christmas is not just the love of God born in a manger, but the love of God extending out into infinity. Christmas glory becomes a daily glory all year round when we let the idea of our place in God’s infinity touch our every moment. Christmas glory is our ability to see past our present problems, pains, and afflictions. When we look at the Christ-child in the manger, we see not just a human being born two thousand years ago, but we also see the glorious hope of the human race. We see in Christ a way to immortality in our spirit. We see in Christ an unconditional love taking us out of this physical world and into a supernatural world called Heaven. Christmas glory within us every day makes us give and forgive, just like Christ wants us to give and forgive. Christmas glory in us makes us into a new kind of person, the kind of person Christ wants us to be. Christmas glory in us always makes us look forward to tomorrow, even when it seems we have few tomorrows left.If these words have been a blessing, please forward them to a friend
